时空因素对诱蚊诱卵器监测白纹伊蚊效果的影响
EFFECT OF SPATIO-TEMPORAL FACTORS ON MOSQ-OVITRAP TRAPPING EFFICACY FOR AEDES ALBOPICTUS SURVEILLANCE

摘  要: 为了分析诱蚊诱卵器不同布放时间和空间对现场诱捕白纹伊蚊的影响,建立灵敏、高效、易行的登革热传播媒介现场监测方法。将诱蚊诱卵器按野外监测方法布放,并分别在布放的第2、3、4和7天检查诱蚊诱卵阳性数;同时分别布放在同一垂直面的不同高度0m、1·0m和1·5m处,在布放的第4天检查诱蚊诱卵阳性数。诱蚊诱卵器布放后第2、3、4、7天的诱蚊诱卵阳性指数分别为23·4、38·5、50·3和72·8,捕蚊总数和捕获活蚊数也随布放时间延长而增加,但活蚊比率却逐渐减少;诱蚊诱卵器布放在地面和同一垂直高度1m或1·5m的诱蚊诱卵阳性指数分别为19·30,9·26和4·63。诱蚊诱卵器现场布放时间以4天为佳,布放空间最佳位置是放在树荫、花盆、绿化带花草林木下的地面上。 In order to establish a sensitive, effective, and feasible surveillance method for dengue fever vector, the effect of spatial and temporal factors on mosq-ovitrap trapping were analyzed for Aedes albopictus surveillance in the field. Mosq-ovitraps were set under the trees, flowers or brushwood in the field for 2, 3, 4 and 7days, for temporal analysis; and were se! on the ground, 1.0m and 1.5m height for 4 days for spatial analysis. The mosq-ovitrap oviposition indexes wen 23.4, 38.5, 50.3 and 72.8 respectively when set for2, 3, 4 and 7days, and were 19.30, 9.26, and 4.63 when set on the ground, 1.0m and 1.5m height for 4 days respectively. The longer time the traps wen set, the more mosquitoes were captured, but the rate of alive mosquitoes decreased. It was the conclusion that the mosq-ovitrap for Aedes albopictus surveillance was most sensitive and effective when set on the ground under the trees, flowers or brushwood for 4 days.
