摘　　要： 深交所中小企业板块启动,是开拓中小企业的直接融资渠道、推动中小企业发展的重要一步,将为我国创业板市场的建设积累经验和打下坚实基础。基于我国中小企业板设立的意义及其运行方式,并依据其时间先后顺序,分别从中小企业板块高调推出、中小企业板全线调整、中小企业板良性发展以及中小企业板上市公司业绩良好四个方面,剖析了中小企业板自上市以来的实际运行状况。同时,提出发展我国中小企业板块应注意的问题。 The Small and Medium Enterprise （SMES） Board＇s startup in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange（SSE） plays an importent role in the financing channd and developing of SMES. By now it has accumulated much experience and established the foundation for the second board market in China. By analyzing of SMES Board, the paper exploros the actual running situation of SMES Board according to four aspects high opeaing whole adjusting, developing of SMES Board and outstanding achievemeat of listed companies in SMES Board.
