摘　　要： 工业现场的数据采集在很大程度上受现场环境的限制,针对某钢铁厂高炉上料小车位置复杂,工作环境恶劣,现场不好布线的情况,提出一种运用DTD462B无线数传模块,把采集到的数据通过无线传输的方式传给上位机的设计方案,并进行系统的调试与验证,从而实现在线监测料车轴承的振动情况。 The data collection of industry locale is limited by the working environment. Aim at the situation of that ：the position of blast furnace transporters is complicated, the working environment is bad, difficulty to dispose cable. It is presente a method that use DTD 462B wireless transmission module, pass the data to the computer through wireless transmission. The system evaluation and debugging are made, thus achieve the purpose of online monitoring the vibration of the transporters axletree.
