摘　　要： 引进境外战略投资者是湖南工业化进程中的重要战略举措,本文认为,税收政策要立足于引导境外战略投资均衡发展和可持续发展,增强省内经济增长后劲。在用好用活现有税收优惠政策的基础上,强化税收优惠政策的产业导向功能和地区导向功能。 Absorbing the strategic foreign investors is an important strategy in Hunan industrialization. The author believes that tax policy should lead to balanced and sustainable foreign strategic investment, and strengthened economic growth in Hunan. When adjusting the existing tax privilege policy, we should stress the preference of industrial and regional development.
