摘 要: 研究了双频超声对葛根有效部位提取的影响,通过正交实验得出双频超声提取的最优条件为20+33kHz,电功率为200W,50%乙醇,葛根粉末<80目,1∶10的料液比,50℃,超声处理50min。使用HPLC对比了单频和双频在此条件下的总黄酮得率,并对双频超声提取的机理进行了探讨。 The dual-frequency ultrasound method for the extraction of active ingredients from Pueraria Root was investigated and optimized, The influences of seven factors on extraction efficiency were studied.
