摘 要: 针对民办高校学生整体上具有基础教育背景参差不齐,学术学习能力偏低等特点,提出民办高校不能盲目套用公办高校的培养模式,而必须根据学生特点,构建分流的培养模式即培养目标多元、培养过程分层,允许合理流动,重视每个学生的发展。 Based on the fact that students in Chinese private colleges have different levels of'basic educational backgrounds and generally are lower in academic abilities and learning skills, this paper points out that private colleges can not be subjected to the training paradigms of the public colleges and universities. They must construct their own distributary training paradigms according to their students' characteristics. They must diversify the training objectives, divide the students into different levels according to their abilities, allow them to distribute in a reasonable way, and emphasize the development of individuals.
