摘　　要： 互联网在全球的快速发展,已带来了许多新的道德问题。发达国家知名大学非常重视网络道德教育,形成了以大学为中心面向大学生、以大学为中心面向社区及以图书馆为中心面向社区的三种教育模式。我国应以高校为中心,加强网络道德教育资源建设,开展网络道德知识和情感教育,在网络服务和管理中育人。 The Internet has been developed rapidly in the world, which brought many new moral problems. Network moral education is attached importance to by well-known universities in developed countries extremely, who have formed three kind of educations pattern, taking the university as the center and facing the university student, taking the university as the center and facing the community and taking the library as the center facing community. In our country, we should take the university as the center, strengthen the network moral education resources construction, and develop the network morals knowledge and the emotion education, training the people in the service and management of network.
