摘　　要： 文中根据高职交通类管理专业课程特点,探索《管理学原理》课程在教学观念、教学方法、课程内容设置、课程考核与评估等方面的改革与创新。并通过对交管等交通类专业进行教学改革试点,在挖掘学生的潜能、提高学生学习的主动性与创造性、培养学生运用管理学原理解决实际问题的能力等方面,收到较好的效果。 This paper explores the teaching idea,teaching method,curriculum setting,curriculum examining and evaluation etc.of the＂Principle of Management＂ based on the characteristic of the courses of high vocational communications management major. Through the teaching reformation of traffic management specialty and so on, the reformation and optimization of this course received a good result on tapping students＇ potential,improving initiative and creativity, and cultivating the ability of solve the practical problems using the Principle of Management etc.
