摘　　要： 泛蓝和泛绿是学术界对目前台湾政坛政治势力的基本划分。2001年底台湾“立委”、县市长选举之后,岛内政治力量重新分化组合,发展成为泛蓝与泛绿两大阵营。泛蓝阵营主要由国民党、亲民党和新党组成,民进党和台联党则组成了泛绿阵营,而大陆政策成为区分蓝绿的一条重要分界线。 Bluish and greenish are two terms used by the academic circles to refer to the political parties in Taiwan＇ s political circles at present. At the end of 2001 after the elections of Taiwan~ ＂Legislative Committee＂, county governors and mayors, the political powers inside Taiwan island redistributed and reorganized to develop into the two big camps ： the bluish and the greenish. The bluish camp is mainly composed of Kuomintang, the People First Party and the New Party whiie the greenish camp is mainly composed of the Democratic Promotion Party and the Taiwan Union Party. Thus the mainland policies become the major distinction between the bluish and greenish camps.
