摘　　要： 在我国,重新犯罪率不断上升。重新犯罪是监狱、罪犯家庭、社会和罪犯自身存在的多诸消极因素综合作用的结果。监狱方面的因素主要包括监狱职能的冲突、监狱经费的匮乏、监狱教育改造的缺陷；家庭方面的因素主要包括家庭自然结构完整性遭到破坏、家庭成员教育方法不当；社会方面的因素主要包括社会的偏见和歧视、疏于管理和控制、就业安置的困难；罪犯自身的因素主要包括不良性格、观念和无知。 The rate of the recidivism is growing up in China. The recidivism causes relate to manifold negative factors of the prison, criminal family, society and criminal. The factors of the prison mainly comprise of the conflict in the prison function, the pinch in the outlay, and the limitation in education to the criminal; The factors of the criminal family mainly comprise of the breakage to criminal family configuration in nature, the improper method in educating family member; The factors of the society mainly comprise of the prejudice, the discrimination, the misgovernment, the difficulty in arranging criminal work again; The self factors of the criminal mainly comprise of the ill character and idea, the ignorance.
