摘 要: 对1株康氏木霉(TrichodermaKoningii)发酵产木聚糖酶的酶学性质进行了研究。结果表明:该木聚糖酶的最适反应温度为65℃,酶反应最适反应pH为6.0;该酶在20~60℃范围内能保持80%以上的酶活,在pH3.0~10.0的范围内能保持85%以上的酶活;金属离子Ba2+、Fe2+、Al3+,12mmol/L的Cu2+和Fe3+对木聚糖酶的活性有抑制作用,而Ca2+,Zn2+和4mmol/LCu2+等金属离子对该酶反应则有促进作用。 The xylanase from a culture filtrate of Trichoderma Koningii has an optimally active at 65 ℃ and pH 6.0.It is thermostable and the relative activity of xylanases remains 80% in the range of 20--60 ℃. The relative activity of xylanases is stable and remains 85 % in the pH range of 3.0-10.0. The ions Ba^2+, Fe^2+, Al^3+, 12 mmol/L Cu^2+ and Fe^3+ are strong inhibitors, while Ca^2+, Zn^2+ ions and 4 mmol/L Cu^2+ are stimulators of the enzyme activity.
