摘 要: 系统地论述了Fe基纳米晶粘结软磁材料的制备工艺,采用快淬磁粉,选择固态环氧树脂作粘结剂, 通过粘结方法,制备了Fe基纳米晶粘结磁体。然后分析了不同的磁粉粒度和模压压力对粘结磁体磁性能的影响。 The preparing technology of Fe-based nanocrystalline bonded soft magnetic materials was discussed systematically,the bonded magnet from rapid quenched Fe74Cu1Nb3Si13B9 powder was produced. Influence of magnetic partical size and formation press on magnetic properties of bonded magnet was analyzed.
