鲤摄食含氧化鱼油的饲料后其病理学的变化

摘  要: 用含质量分数为10%的氧化鱼油半精制饲料饲喂鲤Cyprinus carpio,并对鲤摄食氧化鱼油后的病理学变化进行了研究。试验组饲料中氧化鱼油过氧化物值(POV)分别为69.5、145.3和263.6mEq O2/kg,对照组饲料的POV为3.6 mEq O2/kg。经过112 d试验,各组鱼的发病率分别为16.7%、40.0%和76.7%,死亡率分别为10.0%、23.3%和40.0%;对照组鱼未发病。试验鱼生长不良,出现特征性的瘦背症及渗出性素质样病变。解剖可见:肝胰腺、肾脏肿大,颜色变淡,肌肉水肿,红肌褪色;肝胰腺后期呈墨绿色,上有针尖到米粒大的灰白色坏死灶;鳃小片上皮细胞增生;肝细胞变性及溶解性和凝固性坏死;胰腺腺泡萎缩,腺细胞坏死;肌纤维萎缩、变性、坏死。电镜下,可见各组织细胞线粒体肿胀、扩张,嵴断裂溶解,结构破坏;心肌细胞膜肿胀、扩张,间隙增宽,闰盘变浅甚至消失;肾小管上皮细胞溶酶体增多,微绒毛脱落;骨骼肌纤维萎缩。 Common carp( Cyprinus carpio) weighing (60 ± 5) g were fed diets containing 10% fish oil oxidized with four peroxide values of 3.6, 69.5, 145.3 and 263.6 mEq O2/kg oil to evaluate pathological changes in the carp fed oxidized fish oil. The 16 - week feeding trial showed that the morbidities and mortalities in the fish fed the diets with peroxide values of 3.6, 69.5, 145.3 and 263.6 mEq O2/kg oil were 0, 16.7%, 40.0%, 76.7% and 0, 10.0%, 23.3%, 40.0%, respectively. Fish fed diets containing oxidized fish oil exhibited poor growth, high mortality, low lateral muscle and high incidence of exudates. Necropsy showed muscle atrophy, tumefaction in both liver and kidney. Focal necrosis was observed in the liver with bluish in color. Red muscle fiber in the lateral body was discolored and its texture turned obscure. Histological observation showed vacuolation and coagulation or lytic focal necrosis in liver tissue; acinus atrophy, degeneration, and necrosis appeared in pancreas tissue. The atrophy, degeneration and necrosis were significantly in the muscle fibers. Ultrastructurely, there were swollen, and disorganization in mitochondria of cardiac muscle fiber and hepatocyte. The intermembranous space of cardiac muscle was enlarged and the intercalated disk was indistinct or extinct. The microvilli were sheded off from renal tubular epithelial cell and the lysosome in renal tubular epithelial cell increased.
