摘 要: 采用实验法及数理统计法,建立糖尿病大鼠模型,分别给予运动、芦荟及运动芦荟等干预,8周后用分光光度法及RT-PCR技术检测大鼠肝脏GSH-Px活性及基因表达。结果显示:有氧运动结合补充芦荟的双重干预能有效提高糖尿病大鼠肝脏GSH-Px活性,且肝脏GSH-PxmRNA表达量的变化与其活性的增加呈现一致性变化。提出:有氧运动结合补充芦荟的双重干预有助于提高糖尿病大鼠肝脏的抗氧化能力,其机理可能与芦荟中的硒及有氧运动对机能的改善有关。 The methods of experiment and mathematical statistics were used to establish a diabetic rat model, which was interfered respectively by exercise, aloe and exercise with aloe. After 8 weeks, the diabetic rats' hepatic glutathione peroxidase activity (GSH-Px) and GSH-Px gene expression were measured with spectrophotometer and RT-PCR technique. The results indicate that the double interference of aerobic exercise combined with aloe can effectively improve diabetic rats' hepatic GSH-Px activity, and the variation of hepatic GSH-Pxm RNA expression volume present a change identical with the increment in its activity. It brings forward that the double interference of aerobic exercise combined with aloe helps to enhance diabetic rats' hepatic anti-oxidation ability, the mechanism of which is prohably related to the selenium in aloe and the functional improvement caused by aerobic exercise.
