摘 要: 转型时期高校危机事件发生频繁,如何缓解、消除高校危机事件所带来的心理创伤,成为实践和理论工作者必须面对的新课题。为此,文章从强调构建高校危机管理中心理干预机制的归因出发,分析此项机制长期缺失的原因,进而提出应对之策:在高校危机管理中树立起“以人为本”的理念;充分运用多种载体和平台;构建一个全面的参与机制为保障等。 How to alleviate and eradicate the psychological wounds caused by university crisis events becomes a new task facing the practical and theoretical workers. This paper, starting from the causes of psychological intervention mechanism in constructing the university crisis management, analyzes the reasons of this long-term flaw mechanism, and then puts forward some tactics: setting up the idea of "humanist" in the universities crisis management, fully utilizing many kinds of carriers and platform and constructing comprehensive participation mechanism as guarantee and so on.
