摘　　要： 转型时期高校危机事件发生频繁,如何缓解、消除高校危机事件所带来的心理创伤,成为实践和理论工作者必须面对的新课题。为此,文章从强调构建高校危机管理中心理干预机制的归因出发,分析此项机制长期缺失的原因,进而提出应对之策:在高校危机管理中树立起“以人为本”的理念;充分运用多种载体和平台;构建一个全面的参与机制为保障等。 How to alleviate and eradicate the psychological wounds caused by university crisis events becomes a new task facing the practical and theoretical workers. This paper, starting from the causes of psychological intervention mechanism in constructing the university crisis management, analyzes the reasons of this long-term flaw mechanism, and then puts forward some tactics： setting up the idea of ＂humanist＂ in the universities crisis management, fully utilizing many kinds of carriers and platform and constructing comprehensive participation mechanism as guarantee and so on.
