摘 要: 利用膨胀法结合金相-硬度法,在Formastor-F型膨胀仪上测定了高碳球墨铸铁的临界点Ac1和Ac3,以及Ms,获得了该钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线);研究了高碳球墨铸铁连续冷却过程中奥氏体转变过程及转变产物的组织和性能,为生产实践和新工艺的制定提供了参考依据。 By dilatometric change referencing microscopic test and hardness measurement, the critical points at Ac1 and Ac3 along with Ms of high carbon nodular cast iron are determined in Formastor-F dilatometer. By measuring the different expanding curves of Continuous Cooling Transformation (CCT) diagram is obtained. Morphology of production and transformation of austenite are analyzed. All those provide the references for productive practice and establishing new technics.
