摘 要: 介绍了二氧化钛薄膜在催化和亲水方面的特性,对已有结论作了客观分析比较后,肯定了二氧化钛薄膜催化作用的一个重要的前提条件是电子空穴的保持和有效的传输,到达催化分界面。并且二氧化钛薄膜亲水作用的另一个重要条件是吸附中心必须合理分布的观点。本文对二氧化钛薄膜的气敏和湿敏特性进行了简单介绍,指出了二氧化钛薄膜除了催化和亲水的应用外,在传感器领域也将占有重要的一席之地。 Reviews briefly the characteristics of photocatalysis and hydrophility of TiO2 thin films and compares objectively the relevant conclusions reached previously with each other, Affirms that one of the important preconditions for the photocatalysis of TiO2 thin films is keeping up electron vacancies and their effective transference so as to enable them to reach photoeatalyzing interface. Moreover, one of the important conditions for the hydrophility of TiO2 thin films is raisonne adsorption centers. The gas/moisture sensitivity of the thin films is also described briefly, and it is fornd that the application of TiO2 thin films is important in the field of sensors in addition to applying their photocatalysis and hydrophility.
