摘 要: 传统的法理学教学以课堂、教材为中心,注重知识的传授,忽视能力的培养,为了克 服其弊端,有必要转变教学理念,结合法理学的学科特点及其教学对象的认知特点, 合理配置多样化的教学方法,以完成法理学教学在法学教育中所承担的任务。 Traditional Jurisprudence teaching is centered on classes and textbooks, focusing more on the knowledge imparting than capability cultivating. In order to improve the traditional Jurisprudence teaching, it is necessary to change the teaching concepts and configure diversified teaching methods reasonably with combination of the characteristics of the subject Jurisprudence itself and the cognitive characteristics of its teaching objects.
