摘　　要： 探讨了赤霉素、硫脲溶液以不同浓度浸种对藿香种子生活力的影响。结果表明:赤霉素对陈化藿香种子的萌发没有促进作用,而0.2%硫脲处理可提高种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数,提高SOD、POD的酶活性,降低浸出液的紫外吸收率和电导率。 The seeds of wrinkled giant hyssop （ Agastache rugosa O. Kuntze） were soaked with GA3, Thiourea at different concentrations respectively. The results showed that GA3 had no promoting the germination of the A. rugosa seeds. In contrast, the germination ofA. rugosa seeds were promoted by using Thiourea solution with optimal concentration of 0.2%. Thiourea with 0.2% concentration exhibited the increasing of germination percentage, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, the activities of superoxide dismutase （ SOD）, peroxidase （POD） and electric conductivity and UV absorptivity.
