摘　　要： 医疗废物处理电控系统(CEMS)是医疗污染物排放处理的现代化手段,首先介绍了系统结构组成,在此基础上设计了PLC控制模块。该模块是系统数据分析的核心部分,主要完成数据采集和动态数据交换以及数据运算、统计、存储、合理性检查、删除等功能。 Continuous Emissions Monitoring System （CEMS） is the modem means for emissions monitoring. The development, structure, composition and principium of CEMS are introduced in this paper. A new design of the data acquisition and processing module of CEMS is developed. This module is the core of system, its functions include data acquisition, dynamic data exchange, data operation, data statistics, data storage, reasonability check and data delete etc.
