摘　　要： 引导学生进行研究性学习，得到了利度卡因的中间体α-氯-2，6-二甲基乙酰苯胺合成的优化工艺条件，在甲苯．碳酸钠体系中于20～35℃反应1．5h，实验方案改进后，实验客易操作、控制，收率在90％以上。 The optimizing process conditions of preparing α-chloro-2,6-dimethylaniline used as using toluene-Na2 CO3 solution and reacting 1.5h at 20 - 35 ℃, was obtained by guiding students The improved experiment is easily operated and controlled, and the yield is over 90%. intermediate of lidocaine , to perform inquiry-learning.
