摘　　要： 混合组织作为一种新的社会现象,不仅在世界各国普遍存在,而且作用日益重大,已经激发起一些西方学者的研究兴趣。本文依据最新的相关文献,对混合组织的研究成果进行简要的介绍与评论,主要内容包括:混合组织的定义和性质;研究混合组织的意义;混合组织的基本特征;混合组织理论的主要研究内容;混合组织的研究方法。 The hybrid organization （HO） is almost an important social phenomenon in every country today, and has attracted some scholars to attention it. This paper has reviewed the recent headway about the hybrid organization researches based on the interrelated literatures, in witch has contained as follow： the definition and characters of HO, the significances of HO re.arch, the characteristics of HO, the main contents of HO theory, and the research methods about HO, etc.
