摘 要: 提出了采用最小二乘法的改进算法拟和一元非线性函数,并用该算法辨识棱镜摄谱仪的定标多项式,数值计算结果表明:采用改进的算法,非常显著地降低了求解定标多项式系数方程组的系数矩阵的条件数,定标多项式能更精确地反映谱平面坐标和谱线波长的定量关系。 The fitting of single-variable nonlinearity function by improved method of least squares is given (in this paper). The method is then applied to identify the calibration polynomial for prism spectrograph. Number calculating results show that the conditional number of coefficient matrix which is the equations to obtain the coefficient of calibration polynomial is significantly reduced and the polynomial acquired reflect more accurately the quantitative relation between coordination in spectra plane and wavelength at relevant spectrum.
