摘　　要： 阿片受体颉颃剂纳洛酮在参与促性腺激素分泌的调节中起到一定的作用,对母畜和公畜都有一定的作用。在母畜主要影响LH、LHRH等,在公畜主要影响LH、催乳素等。纳洛酮能引起产后发情提前,而且能增加发情的持续时间。其作用机理一般认为是纳洛酮参与下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴调节,但具体关系还不清楚,作用机理还存在争议。 Naloxone effects the secretion of gonadotropin in both male and female aninmals. It effects LH, LHRH et al in female animals and LH, prolactin et al in male animals. The time of initiation of estrus after parturition was moved up and estrus persisting became long in naloxone-treated female animals. It is considered that naloxone participates in the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis, but the exact relation between them is not clear until now.
