摘 要: 本文实现了用光学功率谱技术对柱形颗粒尺寸分布的测量。文中以柱形颗粒衍射理论为基础,建立了在与光束相垂直的平面内长度方向可随机取向的柱形颗粒群衍射的光学功率谱分布模型,并用环形光电探测器接收和累加多个随机取向的一维衍射光能。实验结果证明了测量原理是正确的,技术上是可行的。此仪器适用于商检、纺织行业对纤维细度的检测。 It has been accomplished that the cylindrical particle diameter distribution is measured by using optical power spectrum technology in this paper. The theoretic model of the optical power spectrum diffracted by cylindrical particles while their orientations are random in a plane perpendicular to the laser ray is developed, the multiple onedimension diffractive optical spectrum that is random orientation are detected and integrated by the circular optoelectronic detector. The experimental results are showed that the measurement method is correct and technology is practicable. This instrument can be used to measure textile fiber diameter distribution for the commodity inspection and textile fields.
