摘 要: 以丙酮溶液作溶剂从生姜中提取姜酚,对影响提取效率的溶剂用量、丙酮的浓度、提取时间及提取次数等因素进行正交设计实验。结果表明:姜酚的最佳提取工艺为生姜100 g,60%丙酮1 000 ml,保温回流浸提2 h,重复3次。经浓缩,柱层析分离,姜酚得率为0.67%。另外,姜酚有明显的抗氧化作用。 Gingerol was extracted from ginger by the solution of acetone and the optimum process of extracting gingerol was studied by means of orthogonal test with solvent amount,concentration of acetone and extracting time as factors. The results indicated that the optimum extraction technology was as follows: ginger 100 g,60 % acetone 1000 ml,refluxing for 3 times and 2 hours per time. In this case,after concentration, gingerol were separated by column chromatography and the extraction rate of gingerol was 0.67 %. On the side,gingerol has evidence antioxidation.
