摘　　要： 本文利用苦味酸对4-甲基伞形酮荧光的猝灭效应，提出了一种新的测定苦味酸的方法，线性范围为1×10－4～1×10－6mol／L，以3σ衡量，检出限为8×10－7mol／L，用于药品奎宁的间接测定和水样中苦味酸的直接测定，结果令人满意。 A new method for determining picric acid based on fluorescence quenching of 4methylumbelliferone was reported' The linear range was 1 × 10 4~ 1 × 10-6 mol/L with a detection limit of 8 × 10-7 mol/L. lt has been successfully applied to the indirect determinationof quinine in compound quinine injection sample and the determination of picric acid in watersamples .
