摘　　要： 吉林省中小企业发展落后,其原因是多方面的,但主要是融资难,金融支持不足。日本十分重视中小企业的发展,中小企业融资模式有独到之处。借鉴日本经验,通过比较研究,探索吉林省地方商业银行对中小企业金融支持的路径,可以促进吉林省中小企业的迅速发展,加大振兴老工业基地步伐。 There are many causes for the lagging behind of small businesses in development in Jilin Province, of which the chief ones are the difficulty in financing and insufficient financial support. Japan, however, has placed much importance on the development of small businesses and has made various unique achievements in the modes of financing for small businesses. By drawing lessons from Japan＇s experiences and through comparative studies, it is expected, ways could be found for the local commercial banks in Jilin Province to provide financial support to small businesses, promote the development of small businesses in Jilin Province, and accelerate the rejuvenation of the old industrial bases in Northeastern China.
