摘 要: 提出了用图像技术对高精度指针式仪表自动判读的方法,关键问题是视差的检测和仪表图像坐标系统与仪表读数跟踪系统之间坐标的转换。采用脊波提取仪表图像中的直线,利用图像信息控制数控系统动作。实验表明:该读数方法绝对误差为零,非常适合于高精度指针式仪表自动跟踪判读。 The method of automatic reading for high-precision pointer meter by means of image-processing technology is put forward, in which the key technology is to measure the parallax and transform coordinates from the coordinates system of meter image into the coordinates system of meter reading tracking. Ridgelet transformation is used to extract beelines of meter imaging, and image processing techniques is used as control signal to control the computer numerical control system. The experiment shows that the absolute error of the reading approach is zero, which is applicable to automatic tracking reading of high-precision meter very well.
