摘 要: 用现代高新信息技术对惠州西湖水环境信息进行科学、高效的管理,为西湖生态环境的长期监测和治理搭建先进的技术支撑平台具有重要意义。研究在对系统的设计原则、系统结构、数据库建立和系统功能等进行分析的基础上,采用地理信息系统、数据库和面向对象等关键技术,基于SuperM ap全组件式地理信息系统平台开发了惠州西湖水环境管理信息系统。该系统以西湖水环境的空间图形信息和属性信息为基础建立数据库,依托水环境相关分析和评价模型以及G IS的空间分析能力,形象地分析和预测了水环境的变化,为惠州西湖的整治提供科学的决策依据。 It is significant to monitor and renovate the water environment of Huizhou Xihu for a long time that applying modern high-new technologies manages the information scientifically and high-efficiently. This study analyzes the design rules,system structure, database construction, system functions, etc. On the basis, regarded COM GIS- SuperMap as the platform, the Huizhou Xibu water environment management information system is developed. The key techniques include GIS,database, object oriented technique,etc. This system set up the database based on space figure information and attribute information of the water environment of Huizbou Xibu. Relying on relative analysis models and evaluation models,the change of the water environment is analyzed and predicted vividly,which can offer the scientific decision for leaders.
