摘　　要： 犯罪的方面包容相应的犯罪构成要件,犯罪构成要件由犯罪构成要素组成,对三者的定位涉及到坚持用科学系统论分析犯罪构成的问题,应当弥补传统刑法理论在概念上混淆三者的疏漏,科学构建完善作为理论大厦基石的概念,另外,对犯罪各方面下犯罪构成具体相应要件和要素纵向深入的剖析,进一步印证了对三者上述关系的分析。 The aspects of a crime contain the corresponding constitutive conditions which are further composed of constitutive elements. And the orientation of the three aspects deals with the issue of how to analyze the constitution of a crime by means of scientific analyzing system. Therefore, we should resolve the problem of confusing the concept of the three aspects in traditional criminal law theory and construct a scientific concept as the foundation of theories. Moreover, a thorough study of the relationship among the three aspects reconfirms the above analysis.
