摘　　要： 随着宪法学研究在中国不断升温,其研究方法受到空前的关注。研究方法的更新既是构建新理论的重要条件,又是修补原有研究中的不足的新思路。将类型化方法引入宪法学研究中有助于克服价值偏见及认识上的绝对化,对宪法学研究得以更大的发展具有重要意义。 With the increasing interest in the study of constitutional jurisprudence, its research methods receive great attention. The innovation of research method is not only an important condition in constructing new theories but also a new way in amending the defects of past research. Genre analysis is helpful in overcoming prejudice and absolutization and significant for the development of constitutional jurisprudence study.
