摘　　要： 原纸的质量是影响防水铜版纸指标的主要因素。本实验以打浆度、AKD、湿强剂三个因素为变量进行三因素四水平正交实验。实验证明,防水铜版原纸的最佳工艺条件为:针叶木浆与阔叶木浆配比3∶7,打浆度33°SR,AKD用量0.36%,湿强剂用量1.5%。在此条件下,可生产出既有一定抗水性和湿强度,又有较好适印性的防水铜版原纸。 Waterproof offset coated paper is required to have good waterproof property, wet strength and printing property. The quality of the base paper is the principal factor to.affect the property above, For making high quality base paper of waterproof offset coated paper, the influences of beating degree, AKD size and wet strength resins were studied and the orthogonal experiment of three-factors-four-levels was carried out. The results show that, at the ratio of 3：7 of softwood pulp to hardwood pulp, the optimal conditions are： 33°SR of beating degree, 0.36% of AKD size and 1.5% of wet strength resins. At these conditions, the base paper of waterproof offset coated paper with good waterproof and wet strength as well as good printability was produced.
