摘 要: 提出了一种多功能轮胎气压在线监测装置,将实现对行驶中的汽车的各个轮胎进行实时监测,对过压、过热、欠压等状况进行报警,并提出利用神经网络算法得出加载或卸载前后胎压变化值与载重量的映射关系,从而实现直接在驾驶室内完成汽车装载和卸载时自身载重的实时称量。本文详细地论述了其硬件结构、软件设计以及实现汽车车载式称重的方法。 This article introduces a kind of multifunctional tire pressure online monitoring instrument which can real-time monitor the state of pressure and temperature and alarm acoustoopticelly the situation of overpressure, overheat or underpressure. It also introduces a new method of vehicular weighing which utilizes the neural network algorithm to obtain the mapping relation between the four tire pressure differences and the load value, and realizes the vehicular weighing after gaining the four tire pressure differences. The article emphasizes the hardware structure, the software design and the method of realizing vehicular weighing.
