摘 要: 在临床实习阶段实施实习医生导师制,注重学生的全面发展和综合素质与能力的培养,尊重学生个性,真正实现了以人为本、教学相长的教育理念,是临床教学的一种好形式。但目前实施过程中还存在很多问题与不足,只有转变教育观念,完善各项考核奖惩制度才能使实习医生导师制这一人才培养新模式产生实效。 In the period of clinical teaching, it is an appropriate way to implement a tutor system in interns' teaching program, which emphasizes interns' general development in quality and ability, and respects their individuality, so as to realize a clear concept of taking people the foremost and the benefit of both tutors and interns. However, many problems and deficiencies still hold the tutor system back from taking into effect at the moment, unless the teaching concept is changed and the reward and punishment system is reformed.
