摘　　要： 宽松刑事政策是现代两极化刑事政策之一端,其在程序上的典型体现是转向处分与修复性司法。这些程序变革对短期自由刑有积极影响和借鉴作用。它们为刑罚的发展拓宽了道路,促动了刑事程序之于轻微案件的简化,节约了司法资源。 The lenient criminal policy is one of the modern extremes of criminal policy, whose procedural typical embodiment is to turn to disciplinary action and repairing justice. The procedural reforms have active influence on and give enlightenment on the short-term free sentence. They widen the road for the development of penalty, promoting the simplification of the criminal procedure for the minor cases and saving the judicial sources.
