摘 要: 根据实验用30Cr2MoV转子钢成份特点和电化学极化机理,提出了使用苦味酸作为电解液进行动电位阳极极化的电化学检测方法。找到了与转子钢韧脆转变温度(FATT50)相关性的最佳电化学极化参数,讨论了影响FATT50的其它参数;将温度作为一个独立因素与其它影响参数建立了FATT50预测模型,预测模型可根据不同温度下测得的电化学参数预测转子钢的FATT50,解决了电化学法要求对测试温度精度高的问题。模型预测精度在±20℃之内,准确度较高。 In this study, it is put forward the electrolyte of picric acid and the potentiodynamic anodic polarization basing on the chemical composition of 30Cr2MoV turbine rotor steel and mechanism of electrochemistry polarization. The study gained the perfect correlative parameters of electrochemistry polarization about fracture appearance transition temperature (FATT50), discussed other parameters; the models for predicting the FATT50 were built included some parameters especially the temperature as an independent factor, and they can predict the FATT50 according to the electrochemistry parameters in different temperature, It resolved the exact need of temperature for electrochemistry and the prediction errors is in ±20℃.
