摘 要: 在考察企业国际化含义的基础上,分析了测量企业国际化程度的模型,并从跨国经营方式、财务管理、市场营销、人事管理、组织结构、跨国化指数和研发国际化等7个方面对海尔集团的国际化进行了评估,指出海尔集团的跨国经营已经走出了初期发展阶段. The paper discusses meanings of internationalization of firms, introduces the models which measure enterprises' internationalization, and evaluates the level of Haier's internationalization with the model according to the way of transnational operation, financial management, marketing, human resource, organization structure, index of transnationality and R&D internationalization, and finally points out Haler Groups has passed the beginning of enterprises internationalization.
