摘 要: 首先以丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,通过反相乳液聚合制备出阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)乳液,再进行Mannich改性,合成两性型聚丙烯酰胺乳液,并进行因素的优选实验和产品的絮凝性能研究。实验结果表明,共聚反应中,当单体的质量分数为30%,引发剂质量分数为0.6%,反应体系pH的值为7.5时,共聚产物的相对分子质量可高达4.33×106;Mannich反应中,当PAM、HCHO和(CH3)2NH三者的物质的量比为1∶1.1∶1.2,反应温度50℃时,胺化度可达25.8%,且产品絮凝性能较佳。 The anionic polyacrylamide latex was first prepared with such monomers as acrylamide (AM) and acrylic acid (AA) by adopting the reversed-phase emulsion polymerization. Then the amphoteric polyacrylamide latex was synthesized by the Mannich reaction. The studies were conducted regarding the effect factors and the latex performance. The results show that the copolymer latex could be prepared at pH is 7.5 with 30% of mass fraction of the monomer content and 0.6% of mass fraction of the initiator dosage. Under the above conditions, the molecular weight of the copolymer could reach to 4.33 × 106. The conditions of the Mannich reaction included 1:1.1:1.2 of the mole ratio of PAM and HCHO and (CH3)2NH, 50°C of the reaction temperature. Then the amphoteric product with 25.8% of the amination degree could be obtained under the above optimum conditions. Moreover, better flocculating efficiency could be achieved.
