摘 要: 在不同压力(22MPa、24MPa、26MPa、28MPa)和不同温度(30℃、45℃、60℃)条件下,用CO2超临界流体对非洲山毛豆进行萃取。结果表明:提取物中鱼藤酮的含量最高是在30℃和24MPa的条件下为7.41%;每克干粉中提取出来的鱼藤酮质量最高的是在60℃和22MPa的条件下,为4.49mg。加入夹带剂后,提取物中鱼藤酮含量和每克干粉中提取出来的鱼藤酮质量最高的均在60℃和22MPa时,加入10%(V/M)乙酸乙酯作夹带剂,结果分别为7.96%和5.99mg。 Dry powder of Tephrosia vogelii Hook. f leaves was extracted by supercritical CO2 at different pressures(22 MPa, 24 MPa, 26 MPa, 28 MPa) and temperatures (30℃, 45 ℃, 60℃). It showed that, at 30 ℃ and 24 MPa, the content of rotenone in extract was the highest,with 7.41%; and at 60 ℃ and 22 MPa, the weight of extracted rotenone from per g dry powder was the highest, with 4. 49 mg. When 10% (V/M) ethyl acetate was added into dry powder at 60 ℃ and 22 MPa, the content of rotenone in extract and the weight of rotenone from per g dry powder were the highest, 7. 96% and 5.99 mg,respectively.
