摘　　要： 中国区域经济协调发展的历史进程,呼唤造就长江沿岸区域经济带。在这里,丰富雄厚的资源配置,便捷纵横的交通网络,潜力巨大的广阔市场,多元交融的长江文化,经济开发的国家战略,形成了造就长江沿岸区域经济带的综合优势。作为中国区域经济协调发展的驱动轴、稳定轴、联接轴和枢纽轴,长江沿岸区域经济带今后将会发挥出它的各项基本功能,使之在全国市场经济发展中产生东西联动、南北呼应的重大作用。为此,必须正确决策,进一步造就长江沿岸区域经济带:选择环保型发展战略,建设生态化经济区域;选择开放型管理体制,创立半官方协调机构;选择一体化发展方向,促成多领域合作体系;选择城市联动发展模式,开拓国际化发展前景。 The historical course of the coordinative development of China＇s regional economy summons and makes the Yangtze River coastal region economical belt. Here there are abundant resources for disposition, vertical and horizontal transportation networks, potentially giant market, multl-polar Yangtze River culture and economical development of national strategy; all these comprise the comprehensive superiorities of Yangtze River coastal region economical belt. As the axes of driving force, stability, jointing and hub in the coordinative development of China＇s regional economy, the Yangtze River coastal region economical belt will play a critical role in nationwide linkages. Therefore, countermeasures of significance must be adopted： choosing environment-protected developmental strategy and constructing ecological economic region; choosing the open type management system and establishing the semi-official synchronizing organization; choosing the developmental direction of integration and promoting the multi-domains cooperative system; choosing the development pattern of city linkage and creating internationalization prospects for development.
