摘 要: 提出了一种用于水平轴风力机风轮设计的软件。该软件的主要目的是为风力机设计者提供一种灵活的集成设计环境,其核心是一个水平轴风力机风轮的气动优化过程。该过程基于一种改进的叶素理论,它采用一个有限叶片的旋涡系,因此叶片数量的影响被考虑进去并可得到更精确的气动力。优化过程中,风轮的功率系数作为目标函数以得到风轮的最优几何参数。该软件最重要的一个特征是,它含有一个CAQ模块。该模块使得设计结果“可视化”,可将桨叶的优化结果形成三维线框图。文中还给出了设计实例。 software for horizontal-axis wind turbine rotor design is presented in this paper. The main purpose of this software is to provide engineers with a flexible integrated environment for wind turbine rotor design and performance analysis.The kernel of this software is a design procedure using aerodynamic optimization for the rotor of a HAWT. It is based on the method of prediction of aerodynamic characteristics for the HAWT by a improved blade element theory. This method adopted a vortex system with the assumption of an finite number of blades, so the influence of the number of blades can be considered and more accurate aerodynamic forces can be obtained. The power coefficient of the rotor is taken as the objective function for aerodynamic optimization to give an optimal geometry of the rotor.The most important feature of this software is that it has a micro CAD module which enable the design results 'visible'. By this micro CAD module, the 3D wireframe of a blade can be generated using the results of the optimization procedure. The sample design case and its calculated performance are given and discussed.
