摘 要: 经暖地型草坪绿叶生长剂处理与否的细叶结缕草Zoysia tenuifolia束缚水含量相近;但是,自由水、类胡萝卜素、总叶绿素、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量却比对照显著增加,抗寒能力提高,在冬季自然降温至1.3℃的情况下,仍保持较强的萌蘖能力和新出叶,可实现细叶结缕草保绿越冬。 "Leaf-Growing-Reagent for warm-season turf" increased content of the bound water of Zoysia tenuifolia as same as the control turf in the winter, so that increased resistance to cold; and increased free water compared to control, so that enhanced plant growth; moreover, it increased the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid, which significantly improved photosynthesis and protected the photosynthetic system from cold; contents of soluble protein and proline were increased, being beneficial to increase resistance, to cold, thus, the treated turf could grow new green leaves and tillers in the winter.
