摘 要: 本文在对中国航天微电子技术的作用和地位分析的基础上,将由各个不同企业共同完成的中国航天微电子研究、生产等现状建立起了产业流程的概念,以此为基础,着重讨论了产业发展目标体系从描述型到具体量化的方法,运用多目标(属性)的计算方法可以从微观的量化目标得到量化的总目标,进而可以进行产业发展目标的设计、优化、比较和抉择。通过用实例说明,文中提出的思路和算法是可行的和有效的。 Base on the analysis about the China aerospace microelectronic technology, this article possessed the concepts of industry. The China Aerospace Microelectronic Industry (CAMI) is a typical industry processes. From the description index system to describe development goal of the industry, further to quantitatively these goals. The multi-objective (multi-attribute) evaluation method and the relevant weight sum alogorithm has been adopted to quantitatively evaluate and forecast the development goal of the industry. In this way, it is possible to compare the evaluation results between the former and latter in different time, to judge whether the industry has taken progresses along the expected trajectory designed by the development goal. A practical example illustrates that the applied decision technique and the algorithm are feasible and effective.
