摘　　要： 证券市场是一个充满风险的市场。中国证券市场作为一个新兴发展中的市场,具有更大的风险。本文对证券公司的风险现状和风险案例进行了实证研究。同时,对证券市场中风险券商的处置模式进行了探索。 The security market is full of risks. Being a new and developing ones, the China＇s security market has bigger risks. In this paper, we discussed the security company＇s risks and analyzed the risk case, furthermore, groped for the risks＇ disposing mode of security companies in the security market.
