摘　　要： 学习型社区是以社区为依托,以社区终身教育为基础,有效整合社区资源,努力创设各具特色的学习氛围,保证和满足社区成员基本学习权利和需求,在社区内形成全员、全程、全面的学习局面,从而促进社区成员全面发展和社区可持续发展的新型社区。广州市的调查显示,学习型社区建设方面存在的主要问题是:缺乏全面科学的理论指导、地方政府重视程度不够、财政资助力度有限、社区资源共享程度不高、社区教育对象范围不全面、社区教育工作者水平较低等。为此,本文从目标、管理、人才、教育、资源等方面提出了学习型社区的建设策略。 This report makes an attempt to survey and interpret such theoretical issue as the content of learning community, its restrictive factors for the construction and the basic principles. The study is, by following the relevant theories and the advanced experience both domestic and abroad, based on an investigation of the current state of the learning community constructions in Guangzhou City： it analyzes the chief problems therein and points out a number of countermeasures for the solvement.
