摘　　要： 抗战时期国民党的党员监察网是国民党监察组织的辅助机构,通过党员监察员的调查、规劝和检举等工作,加强对国民党党员的监督,以保证国民党党员能够执行国民党的各项政策,巩固国民党的统治地位。但实际上,由于国民党当时已失去其革命性,这种做法不仅在外部没有赢得广大人民群众的拥护,就是在内部,也由于其将监察网变成特务网而引起内部互相猜忌,使国民党党员人人自危,有良知的国民党党员也不顾一切“叛党”。党员监察网没有起到它应该起的作用。 The supervisory system of members is an auxiliary body of the Kuomintang during the Anti-Japanese War period. Its aim is to strengthen the supervision of the members, to pledge the implementing of policies and to strengthen the ruling status of the Kuomintang through the supervisor＇s investigation, advice and accusation. But, in fact, owing to the lack of revolutionary nature, the supervisory system of members of the Kuomintang not only had not won the support of the masses internally, but also had spurred great suspicion and threat among all the members and even betray of the Kuomintang among the conscientious members internally as it turned out to be a system of secret agents. The supervisory system of the Kuomintang members did not work as it is planned.
