摘　　要： 目前用于订货型企业生产控制的“漏斗模型”，未将生产控制与生产计划相联系，当生产能力达到极限时，易导致生产过程失控．在分析了“漏斗模型”特点的基础上，提出了包括用户订货阶段在内的多级并发控制“漏斗模型”．这个模型在生产计划与控制间建立起内在的联系，并用数学模型对这种联系进行了定量描述，为订货型企业有效控制在制品、提高制造资源利用程度提供了新的思路． The 'Funnel Model' currently used in production control in the made-to-order type of enterprises does not have any connection made between the control and the planning.When the production capacity reaches its limit, it will easily result in out-of-control of the production routine.A 'funnel model' with multi-level simultaneous control including the control of the customer's procedure has been developed. A quantitative description is given by a mathematical model.
