摘 要: 提出了新型RAF翼型轴流桨的设计方法,对该桨叶的混合性能进行了系统研究。结果表明,RAF桨与圆盘透平桨相比,具有泵送流量大、功耗低、混合时间短、分隔指数小等优点,但在CMC溶液中的容积传质系数较小。 The design method of new axial flow impeller of RAF profile is developed.The mixing performances of RAF impeller are widely tested.It is showed that RAF impeller has the advantages of higher flow rate,lower power consumption,shorter mixing time and smaller segregation index, but the mass transfer coefficient in CMC solution is smaller than that of the Rushton turbine.
