摘 要: 研究了玉米幼苗不同器官和不同细胞器SOD同工酶及其与膜脂过氧化的关系。结果表明.玉米不同器官和不同细胞器SOD—PAGE图谱均显示相同的6条酶带,但它们的6条酶带酶活大小有差异。不同细胞器SOD类型不同,线粒体第6条酶带为Mn-SOD.而叶绿体第2条谱带为Mn—SOD,其余的5条酶带均为Cu/Zn—SOD.SOD同工酶活力水平与膜脂过氧化水平呈现负相关。 Distribution of superoxide dismutase (SOD) isozymes in different organs and subcellular fractionations of maize and their relationship with peroxidation of membrane lipids were studied.The six bands of SOD were found in all of the organ and subcellular fractionation in the zymograms of PAGE, and their activities were difference among different organs and subcellular fractions. The 6th bands of enzyme in mitochondria and the 3rd band of enzyme in chloroplast were Mn-SOD, and the other bands were Cu/Zn-SOD. The level of SOD activity was negativelty relative to peroxidation of membrane lipids.
